Does anyone know who makes this dungeon furniture?

A long time ago, I bought a tickling video clip from somewhere.  It had a very cool tickling bench in it that consisted of a kneeling bench with a Y-shaped frame attached the the victim's arms could be strapped to, leaving her underarms exposed and defenseless.  Here's a vidcap from the video:

I've never seen a bench like this from any of the dungeon furniture makers I know of. Have any of you ever seen this in a furniture maker's catalog?

If so, please let us know who it is, so that I can get one.
